Subject: First Semester Exam Schedule--Important information!

 Dear Parents & Guardians:

 The administrative team has designed a plan for first semester exams that is intended to truly capture the time in teaching that was lost due to the storms. Please read the following information closely:

• We will have a two-week exam testing period beginning December 9 and going through December 20. 
• Exams will be administered during regular class periods, so we are assigning two class periods per exam. 
• Exams will only be given on the days assigned and no other tests will be administered during this two-week period. 

December 9 & 10: World Language Exams

December 11 & 12: Math Exams

December 13 & 16: English & yearlong Social Studies Exams

December 17 & 18: Science Exams

December 19 & 20: Theology and one semester classes

• Regular instruction in all classes will continue through December 20.
  • Year-long courses will move on to new material once exams are completed.  This material will be reviewed, but not retaught at the start of the second semester.
  • Full day attendance is expected through December 20. 
  • Lunch will be served, and bus routes will remain the same.
